I believe that flavour is everything and should never take a back seat to beauty or design. I use only the finest ingredients and make everything from scratch in small batches for each of my clients. And you won’t find any American buttercream here, just silky smooth ultra decadent Swiss meringue buttercream.

To achieve my stellar flavours I use only fresh, quality ingredients and source locally whenever possible. All of my cakes are baked from scratch and made-to-order. Every filling, curd, compote, buttercream, and ganache is homemade as well — and I think that makes my cakes unparalleled! To try my cakes for yourself you can come into the studio for a Consultation & Tasting or order one of my delicious Wedding Sample Boxes delivered straight to your door. Sample Boxes are available bimonthly and contain six of my most popular flavours!
